New laptop with Free DOS with old SSD Windows 10?

I wanted to buy a new laptop and because they are relatively cheaper without an operating system, I thought that I would just take the ssd from my old laptop and put it in the new one. My old one broke but still have the ssd where Windows 10 was preinstalled. Now I wanted to ask you if I can simply replace the new ssd from the new laptop so that I don't have to buy a new Windows. In theory, it should work. It doesn't change the other components or anything else. Only the ssd is exchanged where I should now have windows 10.

I would appreciate a quick answer

That won't work. Windows then recognizes that it is a different laptop and is then no longer activated. The new SSD is also probably better than the old one.

Just install Win 10 on the new laptop and buy a cheap license for a few euro.
