Because I recently got an advertisement for a video from Kuchentv and it was also a very dubious (piggy coupons) has a hidden virus. And now I wanted to know if it is even possible to get an advertisement for such a video. Because actually I shouldn't have any adware or anything, because I only recently completely reset my laptop and according to malwarybytes and gdata there's nothing on it. Could it be that the router was hacked because I still got the advertisement on another device with another Google account.

If a YouTuber is deprived of the opportunity to make money with his videos, this does not automatically mean that no more advertisements are placed on the channel. YouTube then only earns 100% of the advertising revenue, while the uploader no longer earns anything from it.
