Internet problems when I update what in the browser do I get a 2000 ping in the team peak and Internet crashes in part?

Hello as described above my internet crashes when I update something in the browser like Youtube facebook etc. Etc. In the team peak gets a 2000 ping and sometimes my internet crashes and that happens before my internet provider Vodafone says everything would be fine with me I don't know what I do I should have reinstalled Google Chrome and the problem also happens with other browsers, the only thing left for me is to reset my laptop

Is your laptop connected via Wi-Fi? Have you restarted your router yet? What does the Task Manager say? Click on "Performance" and then "WLAN".

Hey so speed test is all in order and yes it is connected to WLAN but still had such problems believe me I have no choice but to reset it so my PC with other devices I do not have the problem

You could also just reset the network first. You can find this in the Windows settings under "Network and Internet".

If you think resetting the network doesn't do anything, why do you think it will help reset the whole laptop?

Changing the DNS server would not affect your ping.

Well because I think I may have a virus on it ^^
