Hi, I wanted to download GTA V from my friend, I wanted to log in to his Steam account, then download GTAV to an external hard drive on the laptop, then he should install GTAV on his PC and then we wanted to play zsm

GTA 5 does not work in family sharing anyway because a Rockstar account is required. Just buy it for 11 euro and it's good.
That won't work because you need a Rockstar account and only one can be online
