I bought Black Desert Online on Steam yesterday. It took a long time to download the game and now it doesn't even work! Steam immediately gave me the link to my desktop, but it doesn't matter whether I want to start the game via Steam or via the laptop with administrator rights, neither of these works. I don't get an error message either. I don't even have a password or a username at Black Desert Online because I wasn't asked to enter them. I could only register with my email address and first / last name.
But the game only opens the white loading screen and the next one, which appears in the lower right corner. But the game closed by itself every time. The game does not run in the background in the Task Manager either. According to Steam I supposedly already have c.a. 45 minutes of playing time, and I wasn't in the game a SINGLE TIME. Can someone help me please? I don't want to have spent my money in vain!
In the stupidest case, continue to try and return. On Steam, you can return games with less than 2 hours of playtime and get your money back
