Laptop screen pixels?

I know zero with PC or laptop. For a week, I have a little black line on my screen. Is this a pixel error?

Either that is just filth or the monitor has gotten something, if a reboot brings nothing. Otherwise you can do a GPU driver update

The quality of the photo is so bad that you can't see anything
