Unpack the ZIP and then write the image with this tool https://www.balena.io/...io/etcher/ on an empty USB stick with at least 8GB.
Then simply boot the stick and follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to completely delete the hard disk. After completing the installation and restarting, just log in with the Google Account. In the settings in the section Plugins you can install Flash, Codecs and Widevine with just one click. Then restart and your Chromebook is ready. All updates are fully automatic in the background.
