I downloaded a game and tried to play it on my laptop but without success. It loads very long sore then everything just jerky and if I move around I'm right where else.
What can this be? (unfortunately do not really know me)
my data:
Windows 10
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2,70GHZ 2,90GHZ
8192MB RAM
Interl (R) HD Graphics 620 + AMD Radeon ™ R5 M430
You probably play it with the wrong graphics chip. You can usually define in the Control Panel (the graphics setting) which program uses which graphics card.
By default, the weaker card is always used to save power.
Hi, thanks for the quick response. How do I know which is stronger?
Somehow I find nothing where I can umstellem the graphics card
Are the matching graphics card drivers installed? So including Catalyst Control Center?
Which OS is it? Win 7, 10 or what?
Pure performance, the HD620 should have the nose in front, if not sooo far…
Oh sorry… I saw it. Win 10
The Intel HD and Radeon are rather something for undemanding games. https://www.notebookcheck.com/...118.0.html
I updated the graphics driver. Catalyst Control Center I hear for the first time.
A pity thought if I have 2 graphics cards that's great anyway
