Sorry if I make you sad, but your CPU does not meet the minimum requirements for a long time. The i5-4200U is an ultra-downsized 1.6GHz 15W 2-core power-saving processor that does not even come close to the "3.2GHz dual-core processor".
Your graphics card can hardly anything, even this is miles away from the minimum requirement.
Memory and HDD fit of course - but that's not enough…
