Space Engine on Steam doesn't work?

Hello guys i bought space engine on steam yesterday, unfortunately i found that i don't have a high end laptop and got the message that i have to uninstall the nice game again, but how can i get my money back from steam?

On Steam top left on Help and Steam Support.
Then select the game and select technical problems.

Then "The game is going bad" and request a refund.

Note:

You may only have owned the game for a maximum of two weeks and played a maximum of two hours.

Can I also indicate at steam that it has technical reasons? Will I still get my money back?

As far as you can give any reason. Is only for their personal feedback.
