Windows 10 does not start after update?

My mother downloaded a new Windows 10 update yesterday via the normal Windows Update. Thereafter, the laptop rebooted with the message that something was wrong with the updates and the changes are undone. This screen will then remain without anything happening. After that it restarts and it starts all over again. What can you do about it?

Stop the boot process with F8 and select in the menu "Last Known Good Configuration" and start it.
