I bought a laptop to use Adobe fresco on it, but it probably needs an Intel driver, so I wanted to ask: Can you somehow (and if so how?) install an Intel driver on a device with an amd graphics card?
Yes the intel driver only refers to the processor and not to the graphics card. But this only works if you have an Intel processor and none from amd. Which one do you have?

According to system requirements from Adobe, this is only possible with Intel or Nvidia graphics units.
CPU and GPU are two different components. In addition, there are no Intel drivers directly but only the entire mainboard drivers etc. And most of the time you don't need them with Windows 10
