Good convertible laptop with touch for max. 500EUR?

I'm looking for a good laptop / tablet with keyboard with Windows 10 for max. 500EUR that has a touch and is reasonably good. I've already informed myself a lot but still don't know which one to take

You should be careful, because with "Windows 10 S" only programs from the Microsoft store can be installed.

That may be the case. But usually these laptops have a less powerful CPU and less memory. They may not be designed for a full Windows.
