Touch monitor under win 10?

Is there a way that when I touch my touch monitor (2nd screen), it doesn't "pause" from the game running on the first monitor?

I have a mixer software running on the 2nd monitor. If I want to adjust the volume now I have the problem that I quit the game and my cursor is somewhere and the game may be minimized.

With new laptops there's often this small touch monitor above the keyboard and below the actual screen. I can't put my cursor on the small monitor and when I touch here everything stays as it is above.

This will not be feasible since, as you said, it is other software that Windows will access and therefore has to leave the previous process in your case, your game. At least not without major changes that I would not recommend.

In the end, was the laptop with which I saw the above-mentioned problem solved, was the software changed?

Yes, you can say that…
