Could something be seriously broken on my laptop?

For a few days now I have been getting a blackscreen on my razer blade stealth 2016 (used), the screen goes black and the program that I have just crashed. Then it looks like the picture (see below). If I then restart it looks normal again. I also had a black screen a couple of times and the sound continued. I could only fix that by going to
