APTIO SETUP UTILITY - back but how?

I want to start my laptop - but the screen stays black for 2-3 minutes and then I'm 'forwarded' to the Aptio Setup Utility. There's 'ROM Image ins not loaded and ROM Image update denied'.

WHAT CAN I DO?

I would be very grateful if someone could help me. So that I can use my laptop (Trekstor Primebook C11) normally again.

The recommendation below unfortunately reached me with a delay, so I accidentally recommended the same link.

Due to the display delay, it looks like your internal storage can't be found with the operating system. Have you connected another data carrier, e.g. A forgotten USB memory card, it is possible that your system will try to boot from it. Otherwise your internal memory or the operating system installed on it may be damaged. In this case, you can boot your computer with a Windows 10 installation medium (USB stick or memory card) (if necessary, change the boot sequence in the BIOS beforehand) and then select the computer repair options after choosing the language. First, you should try the "Startup Problems" option.

I don't know enough about this and unfortunately I have no idea what I can do now.
