Sims 3 saves transferred to other PC?

I recently bought a new laptop and would like to transfer all the installed mods, downloads and scores. Already seen that in the Sims folder, the savings just have to pull over. That problem is only that there's no folder with saves. Is there still a possibility?

You can find the folder under: Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 3 / Saves
