Can dealers set a warranty period?

Unfortunately, I have the following problem. My laptop, which I bought a year ago, crashes permanently. I had sent this to the dealer for the first time with reference to my 3-year warranty. Here, the dealer guarantees by its terms and conditions the flawless state of the laptop. The dealer did not find anything hardware-based on the first try.

Then I completely reinstalled Windows to rule out a software issue. The error persisted. The laptop went to the dealer again. Now a mistake was found and the device went from the dealer to the manufacturer.

The dealer has a normal processing time of 5-10 working days. Here I wait for over 3 weeks on the device.

If I rely on the warranty, I could pressure the dealer with a deadline.

Do I have the option to do this at the warranty?
