Intel Core i7 7700HQ Undervolting?

Since the CPU in my laptop at Monster Hunter World or Iceborne runs stable at 95 degrees and my cooling pad does not necessarily cool much, I read that undervolting brings something for the price of performance.

My question is, in which steps is the CPU undervolted? I read that it is -5mV up to max. -60mV.

Does anyone have any experience or maybe a website where something is directly from Intel?
