I bought and downloaded the game Saturday on Epicgames. Unfortunately, it can't be fully opened and played. When I open it, only the intros of the manufacturers come, then nothing happens anymore. Instead of opening a menu or an error message, the background turns black, it is just the usual mouse pointer to watch and there's no background music to hear. However, by pressing a button, the taskbar and other programs start, unfortunately, can't be terminated by the taskbar, the game. The only way to end it is the Task Manager.
What am I doing wrong? Is it because of my laptop (he's only three years old and has Windows 10), Epicgames, or the game itself? Is it because the PC has forced very long for the download? Is it easy to fix the problem by changing the settings, or should I return the game and ask for my money back? I've also tried it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game that did not help either.
