Laptop screen stays black, what now?

The following happened. After the Windows Update I wanted to turn on the laptop again, but this goes up, the Windows sign comes and below is the change on the laptop to be reset. And in continuous loop, it can't continue. Yesterday I tried to turn it on again, but nothing. I have already waited, but everything remains the same. And I do not want to use the Samsung Recovery solution 5 Program. Are there other ways besides that?
