Black screen?

suddenly the screen went black. I tried to restart, it didn't show on the screen, all black. I connected a monitor to the laptop, it worked, but the system can't start up. I restored it, it didn't work out. Also, look at the whole lines on the screen. Has this to do with the graphics card?
