I have a Windows 10 notebook and I want to play a 1995 game.

The game is: Pumuckl - Catch the Klabauter.

I do not have the CD anymore.

How do I proceed?

You get the CD - without the game data you can't play it. That's the first point.

Whether it then works PLUG and play (I do not think so) or you have to work with dosbox or emulator emulator must then see man.

Mostly this does not work because the old games were coded on the old processors…

The modern ones are bez. Your instruction set but not downwards compatible…
