Can you tell me good apps and websites for Android and also laptops that I use
1. Can edit photos (such as adjust color, crop. Base hold) and edit with various effects.
2. Can create collages.
3. Can cut videos and edit them with various effects
Most important to me would be a lot of cool effects and filters.
