Take a look at your emails. Usually you get a message there. Or your account has been hacked. Have you not enabled two-step authentication? Do you mean that a code will be sent to your number / email (with which you registered at the time and which is still current) for identification? If not, it looks bad: / Confirming with the identity should have been done when creating the account. With personal details, etc. (but almost nobody does) then the form would also make sense… What do they want to check if there's no data? ^^ this is probably standard text. Did you verify something that you can at least prove with a code that it is your account? Cell phone number, email address… That sounds a lot like a hacker to me…: /

Oh ok. Despite code. Mhh… Reinstall the app again. Deleting caches might also help… Hopefully just a bug… The code is actually identification enough. If that is possible, ask a friend or family whether your account is still visible in case the above does not help
