Instagram ends itself What do you do about it?

I had a similar problem schonmal here,

my instagram always ends by itself…

have already tried everything from app delete data to reset the device but it did not help…

It started at the end of the summer holidays when I moved to new, I did not have a Wi-Fi so I used the hotspot of my laptop for my Taplet (Samsung Galaxy Tap 4). At some point it started to show me "Instagram paused".

I thought it was on the Wi-Fi and I did not think about it, but when I had wlan again it went on the instagram stopped itself. I searched the internet but found nothing, which I have not tried yet. So I asked here then.

I was told that I should contact the support… I tried that but read since the Facebook Instagram has taken over the support no longer "exists". I tried it again with a CCleaner because it was probably s.speedt but nop it is still there because the problem…

probably one of you had the same problem and knows how I can solve it? Any ideas?

what I have tried:

clear cache
Delete data
Instagram ended
insta uninstalled and reinstalled
Device set to factory setting
CCleaner used
memory cleared
Support contacted

Have also the tab 4. Have some lags, the tablet is just old and has only Android 5.

So you can't fix it?

I would say no, it has been longer with me. Can't tell you 100 percent…
