I haven't been able to log into my Instagram account since last night. I do this exclusively via the app on my smartphone (iPhone).
However, I log out every time after I've been online on Instagram.
Yesterday I wanted to log in again, as I had many times before, but the message came up: 'Error, please wait a few minutes and then try again'.
Of course I waited a short time, then switched my mobile phone off and on again, deleted the app and reinstalled it, changed my password, tried to log in from other devices, whether smartphone or laptop, but nothing worked. What can that be?
I have not posted anything that could violate the terms and conditions. I only have contact with some people via Instagram and want to access my account again as soon as possible.

So my profile is definitely active, so friends can find me in the subscription list. I just can't log in…: /
do not know why this could be… Perhaps I have logged on and off too often and the server assumes that someone else is trying to log into my profile. Unfortunately, there isn't even a support on Instagram where you can report the problem…
I tried to fill out the contact form, where you can raise an objection if you are afraid of being banned. When I wanted to send this, I got 'The Instagram account is active.'
That's really stupid. If you don't get any more helpful answers, you can put the question back in a few hours by clicking on the three points in the top right corner and choosing "Ask the question again".
