How can I install blender on my notebook?

I have already tried to download this program for creating 3d models with a number of YouTube videos, instructions etc. But still, this is the only thing that is displayed to me the whole time (see below), it is the same with other programs. I haven't had the notebook long and I hardly know my way around, can someone help me?
