I have an arc lighter that says it should only be charged with 5V chargers. I don't have a charger at all. Socket or laptop is available. Do I have to get a charger? If so, which would be the best?
What kind of connection is there on the lighter? USB? Then quite normal with a USB power supply
A short cable was supplied - with Micro USB and. USB.
Then simply with a USB charger or on a laptop, is there an ampere specification? (e.g. 500mA)

Normal cell phone charger or USB port work great.
Even every TV today has a USB connection. Although it only has 500mA, even that can be done if necessary.
