Would CS: GO run on my scrap laptop?

I have just tested my pc on the page "Can it run" if CS: GO would run, my pc is enough for the minimum requirements but according to the site my CPU is not good enough…

Now my question, is it going anyway? I had already downloaded it before but somehow nothing loaded… Vll. A bug or something else.

CPU: Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU P8600 @ 2.40GHz (The hardware is old because the PC is also very old! So don't be surprised)
