Laptop water cooling?

My laptop is very loud, although the gpu and cpu temperature are only 24C. I can't make it quieter with cpu fan tool. Applying a new thermal paste will not change that… My extreme gamer laptop does not give the heat down to the side. Can you change that?

No you can't change that and there's no room for a Waku in a laptop. For such games you need a PC. A real gamer does not use a laptop.

Basically, all gaming notebooks have the huge problem that you have to dissipate a lot of heat from a very tight housing. Unfortunately, many manufacturers also choose unfavorable settings that make the notebook much too loud.

The problem with design is that a laptop designed for gaming and having a corresponding CPU and graphics card has problems with heat dissipation. Silent cooling takes up a lot of area to give off the heat, so the corresponding air coolers or water coolers are so large. The switch to water cooling does not work if the transport medium is not sufficiently cooled and this requires correspondingly large radiators with "slow" fans or smaller radiators with faster rotating and thus louder fans.
