Microsoft account error?

I've been trying to sign in to my laptop with my private Microsoft account for a long time. I'm not with any company or organization. But whenever I enter the password, it says: "You need an internet connection!" I'm quite safe in the WLAN and everything works, I'm even in a video conference, so I'm SECURELY connected to the internet!

So I can't register and wanted to ask why!

The error code 0x800704CF stands for "The network location can't be reached" - something went wrong while trying to access the network or the Internet

so somehow it can't access your internet

Did you set it to private or public?

So it's a private account and my home Wi-Fi
