I kept a patch cable for a LAN cable and plugged it into the LAN jack of my laptop. I have not used any force in plugging in and it has (like a normal cable) "clicked". Now the cable is stuck and I can't get it out anymore. Not even violence helps.
Can someone tell me how to get it out again (cable can also break it)?
A LAN cable is the same as a patch cable.
Take pliers, pull out. If nothing else works.
Did you have the tab on the top / bottom pressed while you pulled on the plug?
So I can connect the patch cable to the modem and then have internet?
Press the pin flat with a knife tip or a small screwdriver.
Yes a
Theoretically. But only if everything is configured correctly.
Has worked with the knife.
