Which processor is better Intel i5-1035G1 i5-10210U?

Which of the two processors is better and why? I'm looking for a laptop for college and choosing the processor is the most difficult for me.

The 1035G1 is slightly better. However, the price range also includes the Ryzen 5 4500U, against which the I5 sees no country

How is the 1035G1 better? I think the 10210U is more energy efficient or not?

They should be pretty much the same in terms of CPU performance, but the iGPU on the 1035G1 is slightly better. Consumption is the same

Only technical data are compared, which has almost 0 meaningfulness. The 4500U clocks higher (base), the IPC is higher and it has 6 instead of 4 cores. The iGPU is also much faster

Since Windows can now also handle a bit better with more cores, this is already noticeable. In the office area in particular, multi-core support is now becoming noticeable. With a Ryzen mobile from the 4000 series you are probably better served.
