I'm currently working on a presentation with Power Point on my laptop and have a clip that is unfortunately only available in English and would like to edit it so that I can edit a subtitle below that is in German and trim and cut the video myself. Looking for free software for Windows that I can use these functions with.

Resolve is enough… You have to buy the studio version…
DaVinci Resolve is free, which is why I named it.
"DaVinci Resolve Studio", however, is chargeable.
