About 2 months ago I borrowed my brother's laptop and wrote my essays and chores. Did not use it then about 2 weeks and wanted to turn it on Monday and well… He goes up, display lights up briefly and immediately goes out again and this process takes no longer than 3-5 seconds. While I was trying to turn it on I had it on the PSU or not.
It sounds like your PC will not find any boot files. Do you know how to get into the boot menu of the laptop to set the boot order? If you got that, you change to stick first and then the other stuff. Then you take a USB stick with enough memory and Windows on it and put it in the laptop and start if that still does not work, the PC is completely broken. Boot menu you open with F2 or another button Google just times and give your laptop name
