Netflix will know how to start?

When I start Netflix on my laptop it turns white after a short while and stays that way all the time.

What can I do?

The operating system is still running? Which browser do you use? Maybe you have to empty the cache of the browser.

I use the Netflix app

This is usually due to a bad network connection. Maybe your firewall is blocking or delaying the traffic.
