I have the following problem: When I'm in Teamspeak or Discord, my voice keeps breaking off when I talk to people. I have already installed Voicemeeter Banana in the hope that I can fix the problem with it.
I have no problems with Audacity. Since I listen to completely normal. Only Teamspeak and Discord have these problems.

Do you use Skype? If so, does this problem occur there as well?
