I've had a problem since today. When my laptop made a Windows update, my audio driver apparently no longer works with the bass. I've already tried these things.
Windows backup (on older version) + reinstall
Reinstall the audio driver
I have had problems since the new Windows Update in general, because I could use this Realtek Audio Console before, only this also no longer works.
I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 for the users who need this specification. If someone can help me, it would be nice!
Maybe you can try changing the Acer True Harmony to see if it does what. You can find it under the loudspeaker symbol by right-clicking → Sound → Playback devices → double-clicking on the loudspeaker -> and in the "True Harmony" tab.
Otherwise it sometimes helps to do something banal like a battery set (for devices that have built-in batteries there's a button that simulates this):
1. Turn off the laptop and unplug the power cord
2. Turn the laptop and look for the little hole for the battery set switch (looks like the emergency release openings on DVD drives)
3. Use paperclip to press the button in the opening for approx. 30-40 seconds
4. Switch on the laptop again
Don't worry, settings won't be lost. It simply discharges all the capacitors in the device.
