Headset is not working properly (Realtek / Nvidia)?

After a driver update, my headset (Razer Kraken) does not work properly on my laptop (Asus ROG Strix Scar II) which runs with Realtek Audio but of the Nvidia RTX2070 it also has the Nvidia audio drivers on it. Normally you can simply plug the headset into the 3.5mm jack, it recognizes it as a "headset" and you press ok. Now he just says "a plug was plugged in" and the sound stays on the laptop speakers. But I plug in headphones, I can switch to these. The only way I can use the Razer Kraken is when I turn off the laptop and have the headset in the audio port from the beginning. Then it works.

Already tried:

- Uninstall drivers and request them from Windows.

The oldest driver brought by Realtek was available on the website.
Driver Update via DriverEasy Pro for all Realtek audio devices.

Plugging in the headphones says "Realtek Audio Console does not support this device"

And why did not you just in the sound settings the headset as a standard output and recording device selected?

Because it does not even show up there.

Do not take the oldest driver on the site, but one of the newer ones.

Realtek's second-to-last driver now works, but it also shuts off any interface messages when cables are disconnected, and the Realtek Audio Console does not work like its RPC service. But at least it works for the most part.
