Did my Acer laptop back law have typed wrong email?

Have entered my email but then I noticed was the wrong and have before I noticed that forgot password forgotten and can't get out there Help

Just switch it off and start over.

Have done 5 times is always there but thank you that you have at least tried

Then simply turn off 3x or 4x while it is trying to start Windows. Then you come in the selection mode. (Power button pressed for 4 sec.).

Now you have to ask the email-owner for permission
