Ok, so the laptop has a pretty good CPU, the 5000 series from AMD would be better, but the 4000 mobile CPUs (which correspond to the 3000 desktop series) are also good.
The graphics card is a 1650 Ti, which is unfortunately not really powerful. Rocket League and the like certainly not a problem, but Flight Sim, the new one my GTX 1070 doesn't really manage either, so it won't be enough for 1080p, high details or sufficient FPS. The integrated GPU in the AMD processor is almost as fast as XD
My recommendation: It's nothing for gaming.
The 1650ti is about 3 times as good as the Vega 7 in Ryzen. Even so, I agree with you that the laptop is more suitable for esports gaming than AAA gaming.
