Constant display of Acer when starting Acer laptop, how to remove?

I have the following, annoying problem:

For over a year, Acer has come forward with a message as soon as I start my laptop. At first, it was just a small gray window telling me that any Acer Portal services would be discontinued soon. By the way, the laptop is not old. I always clicked "ok" because I could not do anything else. The window came back every day. Meanwhile, the problem has literally increased even more. Because instead of a window has been appearing for months, something five times that says the same to me again. This is a white window with a bell an an orange circle. " Below is a green stripe with the word "understood!"

If there was a green stripe with the words "I have long understood and hear this message on me every day," I would have clicked on that long ago. Whatever functions have been set, nothing has changed for me, everything still works, what I need.

Does anyone have an idea how to get rid of this annoying message?

Uninstall Acer's bloatware. Just uninstall any program that has an "Acer" somewhere in the name.

The manufacturers pack on their laptops always a hundred unnecessary programs that do nothing anyway and are only verbuggt.
