I have the problem that after starting my laptop many empty windows open a program unknown to me. Does anyone know this program? What is it's name? (see photo by Icon)

can't click or otherwise interact with these windows. When starting up the car, I have not found this icon synonymous, in Control Panel under "Apps" it is not to be found.
