I have a little problem with my Acer Aspire 5315
He switched off without being hot, I thought it only got so hot and waited half an hour…
When I turn it on, the fans turn for 3 seconds and then the laptop turns off automatically
The funny thing is when I connect the laptop to power, the power LED does not light up
What can I do?
I'm grateful for any help!
The battery could simply be empty, especially if it no longer charges as soon as you connect the power supply… However, there can be many reasons. Either the battery has a defect, the power supply unit is defective, the charging socket is defective, the mainboard is defective… If you have something to measure, I would first look to see if the charger even gives out any voltage. If necessary, pull the battery and only try to start with the power supply. Otherwise the troubleshooting will be extensive or possibly only feasible by the workshop…
The laptop ran out of power
I just wanted to know if there was anything else possible, but if not then I would have to do without a laptop for another month
I often had that with my Acer, I left it there for a day without a battery and when the battery was empty I was able to charge and switch it on normally. If you have this often, it is important that you should read your laptop through it, it could be more serious.
Well, if the charger could not charge, did you think it was powered and actually ran on battery? Vlt also caused the battery to crash the laptop. I used to have a laptop to check that actually only ran without a battery because the battery was defective… You can't say that… Another laptop simply died. There was nothing left. However, no fan either… It had got a motherboard error. Reason unknown…
