I have had a problem with the battery of my Acer Swift notebook for about a week

I plug in the charger
The battery only charges to about. 65%
Thereafter, "Mains operation, battery not charging" is displayed
The battery runs fast and extremely irregular empty
In some cases, even at 20% remaining battery charge the laptop has suddenly gone out.
Do you think it could be on the charger? This has namely also for some time a slight loose contact
Drivers are all up-to-date and all Windows updates are installed.
Your theory with the driver should not be. If you have a chance to use a different power supply, do it. If that does not work, you can't afford to buy a new battery.
Notebooks are sometimes quite complicated ^^.
