Looking for help for notebook purchase?

I would like to buy a notebook for my studies.

I've been looking for a real laptop for a long time, but unfortunately I can't decide. Important for me is a good battery, an i7 processor, most 4k screen / touch, at most 14 inches, stylish and should cost up to 1100 euro cost. Use mainly surfing the internet, office etc.

For the top selection are currently:

For something more demanding the "Notebook Nitro 5 AN517". (1,499.99 euro) (quite unnecessary, but the thing is super fast)

And a real number the "OMEN by HP 17-cb0211ng". (1,599.99 euro)

Or just a MacBook Pro / Air
