Acer nitro 5 too hot?

I own a Acer nitro 5 (AN517-51) with an Intel I7-9750H and a gtx 1660ti graphics card for some days now.

Now I started to play the mmorpg blade and soul (the game is quite old now) and here it shows me quite fast a processor thenperatur of around 70-80 degrees and that with a processor load of run 40% accordingly are the Fan very loud.

The gpu, however, remains quite cool.

Can that fit? Has anyone experience with this laptop?
