School Word App not working?

So we all got an office account from the school because of the current Corona situation. When I want to go into the Word app on the laptop, there's always a bar with the sentence "The product is not licensed" at the top.

I can't write anything either. What can I do?

The error means that something is wrong with your account (and the associated license). Are you signed into Word with the correct account?
