Error message when installing photo editing software?
I have tried to install the Affinity Foto software on my PC x times. Every time I get the error message "Affinity program installer does not work anymore". But I had the previous program on it before. It can't be hardware or The software can be installed on my old laptop, which is 6 years old.
I also switched off the virus monitor for installation - no success.
A virus scan also showed nothing.
I'm at a loss, even Google couldn't help.
Do you have another idea.

Maybe I would try to download the installer again, maybe there were errors during the download.

Was the program a paid version? Then the provider should also offer support. If the program is free, take another one.
For example, GIMP is very good, it just doesn't offer 1-click "image editing", but there are tons of ways in which you can edit the images yourself. And it's free.

As I said I downloaded it 5 times and tried to install it. The file works too. You can tell that it works on the laptop
